Get Paid $200 for each Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online User Subscription License. Offer Expires May 28th, 2011
Do you love getting a deal on a new purchase? Do you delight in finding $20 on the ground? Do you love saving money on things you need so you can spend it on things you really want? Or perhaps, in the midst of these economic tough times, you’ve had to pinch every penny and you’d be thrilled to get a bigger bang for your buck?
Believe it or not, you can have A WHOLE YEAR of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online for only $208 per user. This Microsoft deal is particularly insane given that Salesforce’s most popular option, the Enterprise edition, costs $125 per user for ONE MONTH. How can it be possible that you would get Dynamics CRM for a whole year for less than what you’d pay for 2 months of SalesForce.com?
Well, on October 14th, Microsoft announced that it would be offering CRM Online 2011 at a promotional introductory price of $34 per user per month for the first year of service. This promo price kicked in when CRM Online 2011 was made generally available and it ends June 30th, 2011. (Contracts started after June 30th will be at the normal $44 per user pre month rate.) So $34 per user for 12 months is $408.
Then in April, Microsoft did something crazy and offered to pay $200 cash back for each Dynamics CRM 2011 subscription licenses by new customers that sign up by May 28th for at least 15 users for 2 years. Thus, if you pay $408 per user over the course of a year but get paid back $200 per user, then you’re only paying a net of $208 per user for the first year of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. Isn’t that unbelievable?!?!
Or another way to look at it would be that if you signed up by May 28th, CRM Online is ONLY $34 per month per user for your first year AND you will be GIVEN $3,000 to $50,000 in cash to do ANYTHING YOU WANT. Use it to customize your Dynamics CRM (like a finely tailored suit). Integrate your CRM and your ERP system, which would save your accounting department all that manual data entry time. Buy the new phone system that would make the customer service team even more efficient. Buy the leads the sales manager wants or invest in that new marketing opportunity that will give your organization the exposure it needs. Or save it for a rainy day! It’s your choice!
Or, seen from another perspective, with the $10 per user per month savings, that’s $120 you saved that first year (when compared with the usual $44 rate). Combined with the $200 cash rebate and you’re looking at $320 you’d be saving per user. If you got the minimum of 15 users, that’s $4,800 in cash and savings. That’s like getting 9 of those users for free for a whole year (9 users * $44/month * 12 months = $4752). Or, it’s like getting 4 of those 15 users for free for the whole 2 year contract
Wait until May 29th to realize that Dynamics CRM is perfect for your company? You’d miss out on $200 cash per user!! Wait until July 1st, and you also forego the $120 per user 1st year promo savings!! That’s $320 per user that would just evaporate. Don’t procrastinate. Take the money!!!
Who’s eligible for this $200 per user cash rebate, you wonder? New customers that sign up by May 28th, acquire a minimum of fifteen (15) Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online user subscription licenses and commit to a minimum two-year CRM Online subscription contract are eligible to receive the $200 rebate. This offer is limited to a maximum of 250 licenses per company.
Companies who already have a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online User Subscription as of the effective date of this offering are not eligible to participate. This offer is only available in the United States of America. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online purchases contracted under a Campus and School Agreement (CASA) do not qualify. Due to government gift and ethics laws, Government agencies (including but not limited to military and public education institutions) are not eligible to participate.
Perhaps you have some questions for me though. For instance, “What if my company has multiple divisions and one of the divisions has a CRM Online System making them an existing customer? Do we qualify?” If the company purchases a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM Subscription then it will qualify, regardless of having other instances of CRM Online at other divisions. However, this promotion DOES NOT cover customers who add users to an existing CRM System.
Or perhaps you have an Enterprise Agreement and are wondering, “Is this offer valid for both Volume Licensing and through our Direct Billing System?” Yes, this offer is valid for both EA and Direct Billed customers.
And maybe you just have to ask, “Is this promotion available for On-Premise customers?” No, this is NOT currently available for On-Premise or Partner Hosted. It can only be redeemed for CRM Online customers.
